Welcome to Royal Academy of Engineering STEPs to Work PDPs (Professional Develop Placements) for teachers and other education professionals.

Funded by The Royal Academy of Engineering and the IEBE (Institute of Education & Business Excellence), Beacon East coordinates this PDP scheme in the east and London regions.

These PDP opportunities are designed to support the professional development of teachers and advisers in Science, Maths, Engineering and Technology subjects. Working with a range of partners across the regions, these PDP opportunities are open to all county areas.
